PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing much longer fulfillment times. Our products are custom printed on-demand, and are currently taking about 22-27 business days to be created, and then you should add your chosen shipping time on top of that.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our products are printed on-demand, so they will take a few days to create, then you should add shipping times on top of that.
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.).
Most orders are shipped out within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are sent our for shipping within 3 business days or less!
How much does shipping cost?
It varies by how many items you have in your cart, the shipping option selected and the destination. If you go to your cart there is a shipping calculator tool that allows you to estimate shipping cost. All of our shipping options include tracking so you can know that your package will arrive safely.
Why have my items not shipped even though I paid for faster shipping?
If you purchased faster shipping that only applies to the shipping time, not the time it takes to process the order for shipping. Items may take up to 7 business days to process, and then will be shipped. For example, just because you paid for two day shipping does not guarantee it will arrive in two days once the order is placed – it will arrive 2 days after the product is created and then sent out for shipping. We try our absolute best to process orders as quickly as possible and get them to you in the correct shipping time. All of our shipping options include tracking so you can track your shipment along the way.
How do I get my tracking number for my package?
We will email you at the email address you provided during checkout with your shipment tracking number. From there you can click the tracking link to track your package. If you created an account with us during checkout you can also login to find your tracking number and order information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Kearney Power offers international shipping across the world!
There are a few exceptions: We don’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!
All of our shipping options include tracking so you can track your shipment along the way.
Please keep in mind that international orders (outside USA) are not eligible for return or exchange.
International Taxation (VAT)
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Kearney Power, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. It is unlawful to request that Kearney Power change any information on all or part of your order to avoid these taxes.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
We are required by law to charge sales tax in all US states that we do business in. The tax rate is different in each state, and within each state it varies by county, city, and district. The sales tax will be automatically calculated for you on the checkout page, along with the shipping calculator. We charge sales tax in 36 states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
I forgot to put an item in my cart and I have already paid, can you add it please?
Unfortunately we cannot edit items in an order after they have been processed. You will need to place a new order for the additional items.
I accidentally input my address incorrectly during checkout, what do I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the correct address right away! We will do our best to update your order before it is shipped out, but if it is shipped before you notify us there will be a delay in receiving your product because the shipment will likely be returned to our warehouse and then will need to be re-shipped to your correct address.
How do I return an item?
Please read our Return Policy FAQ for info on how returns work and how to contact us to begin a return.
I received the wrong item, or a misprint/defective item – what do I do?
If you receive an incorrect item, or if the item is misprinted or defective, please email us at email@example.com right away with your original order number and the details about the wrong items that you received, so that we can initiate the return process. We will replace the item for free.
