100% satisfaction!
We take pride in our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from KearneyPower.com! If your item has a misprint/defect, or you need a different size, you may return your item within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping costs, shipping is non-refundable). Email us at kearneypower@marketingstash.com to initiate the return process (we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to us).
Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. (Note that it may take up to 10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on the account of your payment method).


Free shipping for returns
We will take care of the cost of return shipping by sending you a pre-paid return shipping label. You will just be responsible for the cost of packaging the item to send back to us (such as the envelope). Your item must not be worn, altered or damaged, and must be returned in the condition it was received, including any tags and product care information.


Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect item, or if the item is misprinted or defective, please email us at kearneypower@marketingstash.com right away with your original order number and the details about the wrong items that you received, so that we can initiate the return process. We will replace the item for free.


Missing package?
If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by the courier, contact us no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping a replacement order for you. Contact us at kearneypower@marketingstash.com with your name and order number.
If the delivery courier has marked the package as delivered to the address you entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call the delivery courier, give them your package tracking number to open a case for non-receipt of product, and then send us the case number.

Wrong address?
If you provide a shipping address that is considered insufficient by the delivery courier, the shipment will be automatically sent back to our warehouse. If this occurs we will contact you to obtain the correct delivery address and will then re-ship the item to you.

Items not eligible for returns:

– International orders (outside USA) are not eligible for return or exchange.

– Items returned to us that are worn, altered or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
